وتحقيقا لذلك، يمكن استخدام قواعد المصالحة التي وضعتها لجنة الأمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي (أونسيترال) على أن تستثنى منها الأحكام المنصوص عليها في الفقرات الفرعية (2) و (3) و (4) من المادة 2 من القواعد التي تجعل اللجوء إلى المصالحة أمرا اختياريا.

To that effect, the Conciliation Rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) can be used with the exclusion of those provisions that make conciliation optional contained in subparagraphs 2, 3 and 4 of article 2 of the Rules.
