To denounce the nomination and election of Israel, the occupying Power, to chair the Sixth Committee (Legal) of the United Nations General Assembly on the grounds that Israel, the occupying Power, is not qualified to assume such a post, particularly given that it has a black record of violations of international law, international humanitarian law and United Nations resolutions, and commits daily crimes against the Palestinian people and its land, property and sacred sites;

Осудить выдвижение кандидатуры и избрание Израиля (оккупирующей державы) председателем Шестого комитета (по правовым вопросам) Генеральной Ассамблеи Организации Объединенных Наций на том основании, что Израиль (оккупирующая держава) не имеет права занимать такой пост, особенно поскольку за ним числится зловещий список нарушений международного права, международного гуманитарного права и резолюций Организации Объединенных Наций и ежедневное совершение преступлений в отношении палестинского народа и его земли, собственности и святых мест.
