وكتدبير احتياطي، ينص هذان المرسومان أيضا على أنه في حالة توجيه مكتب المدعي العام الاتهام للمدرس المدعى إتيانه فعلا من هذا القبيل، يُوقف ذلك المدرس عن العمل ويُخصم مرتبه طيلة فترة المحاكمة.

As a precautionary measure, the decrees also provide that where the accused teacher is charged by the Prosecutor’s Office, he or she will be suspended without pay for the duration of the trial.

Como medida precautoria, estos decretos disponen además, en caso de que el profesor acusado fuera imputado por la Fiscalía, la suspensión sin goce de haberes hasta la finalización del proceso.
