تعقد يوم الاثنين 16 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2013، مباشرة بعد رفع الجلسة العامة 68، في قاعة الجمعية العامة (مبنى المرج الشمالي)، الجلسة العامة غير الرسمية (المغلقة) عن المفاوضات الحكومية الدولية بشأن مسألة التمثيل العادل في مجلس الأمن وزيادة عدد أعضائه والمسائل الأخرى المتصلة بالمجلس، لمواصلة الاستماع إلى المتكلمين المدرجين في قائمة المتكلمين في الاجتماع المعقود في 12 كانون الأول/ديسمبر.

The informal meeting of the plenary (closed) on the intergovernmental negotiations on the question of equitable representation on and increase in the membership of the Security Council and other matters related to the Council, to continue with the list of speakers of the meeting held on Thursday, 12 December, will be held on Monday, 16 December 2013, immediately after the adjournment of the 68th plenary meeting, in the General Assembly Hall (NLB).

El lunes 16 de diciembre de 2013, inmediatamente después de que se levante la 68a sesión plenaria, tendrá lugar en el Salón de la Asamblea General (NLB) la reunión oficiosa (privada) del plenario sobre las negociaciones intergubernamentales vinculadas a la cuestión de la representación equitativa en el Consejo de Seguridad y el aumento del número de sus miembros y otros asuntos relativos al Consejo, prevista inicialmente para el jueves 12 de diciembre.

Une séance informelle de la plénière (privée) sur les négociations intergouvernementales relatives à la question de la représentation équitable au Conseil de sécurité et de l’augmentation du nombre de ses membres, ainsi qu’à d’autres questions ayant trait au Conseil, aura lieu le lundi 16 décembre 2013, à l’issue de la 68e séance plénière, dans la salle de l’Assemblée générale (NLB), afin d’entendre le reste des orateurs inscrits sur la liste de la séance qui s’est tenue le jeudi 12 décembre.

В понедельник, 16 декабря 2013 года, сразу по завершении 68-го пленарного заседания в зале Генеральной Ассамблеи (ЗСЛ) состоится неофициальное пленарное заседание (закрытое), посвященное межправительственным переговорам по вопросу о справедливом представительстве в Совете Безопасности и расширении его членского состава и другим связанным с Советом вопросам, на котором выступят ораторы, не успевшие выступить в ходе заседания, состоявшегося в четверг, 12 декабря.
