أولت الدولة اهتماماً بالأسرة والأم، فأُعد مشروع قانون أحيل إلى مجلس الأمة (البرلمان) بإنشاء محكمة للأسرة وذلك لمعالجة ما أسفر عنه الواقع العملي من عدم ملائمة نظر قضايا الأحوال الشخصية مع غيرها من القضايا الأخرى في مكان واحد بدور العدالة، لما تتسم به من خصوصية وحساسية وتعلقها بأدق الأمور الأسرية الخاصة بالزوجين والأولاد.

In keeping with the State’s concern for the family and motherhood, the National Assembly (Parliament) has been presented with a bill of law on the establishment of a family court since actual practice has shown the inappropriateness of hearing personal status cases together with other types of cases in a single court of law.

De acuerdo con la preocupación del Estado por la familia y la maternidad, se ha presentado en la Asamblea Nacional (Parlamento) un proyecto de ley sobre la creación de un tribunal de familia, dado que la práctica real ha demostrado lo inadecuado que resulta ver una causa relativa al estado civil junto con otros tipos de causas en un único tribunal de justicia.
