وأثناء إجراءات الادعاء الخاص يتولى الضحية دور المدعي الخاص، أي أنه يقوم بنفسه بشرح التُهم، فيجمع الأدلة ويقدمها إلى المحكمة ويقرأ لائحة الاتهام إلخ.
