EU bør fremtone kraftigere og vise større handlekraft i denne vanskelige sag, man bliver nødt til at gøre ord til handling og om nødvendigt stifte et europæisk råd for lønmodtagernes andel i kapitalen, der har til opgave at fremme indførelsen af kapitalandelsordninger på lige betingelser i hele Fællesskabet.
