The present invention relates to an implant having a nanotube on a surface thereof and a method for manufacturing same, and more particularly, to an implant having excellent stability and effectiveness, in which a nanotube is provided on the surface of the implant, and a nanocapsule loaded with a medicine or the like is attached to the nanotube, thereby strengthening the adhesive force with a peripheral soft tissue, and factors related to osteogenesis and inflammation prevention and treatment are stably loaded and thus are not lost during an implantation process, thereby not only increasing lifespan but also preventing almost all occurrences of side effects caused by the implant.

La présente invention concerne un implant présentant un nanotube sur une surface correspondante et un procédé de fabrication associé et, plus particulièrement, un implant présentant une excellente stabilité et efficacité, dans lequel le nanotube est disposé sur la surface de l'implant et une nanocapsule chargée d'un médicament ou analogue est fixée sur le nanotube pour renforcer la force d'adhérence à un tissu mou périphérique, et des facteurs associés à l'ostéogenèse et à la prévention et au traitement de l'inflammation sont chargés de manière stable et, de ce fait, ne sont pas perdus lors d'un processus d'implantation, ce qui non seulement augmente la durée de vie, mais empêche également quasiment toutes les occurrences d'effets secondaires provoqués par l'implant.

본 발명은 표면에 나노튜브를 구비한 임플란트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 임플란트 표면에 나노튜브가 구비되고, 여기에 약물 등을 탑재하는 나노캡슐이 부착됨으로써 주위 연조직과의 부착력이 강화되고, 골형성, 염증 예방 및 치료 등과 관련된 인자들을 안정적으로 탑재하여, 임플란트 식립과정에서 이들 인자들이 유실되지 않아 수명이 증가되었으면서도 임플란트로 인한 부작용이 거의 일어나지 않는 안정성 및 유효성이 우수한 임플란트에 관한 것이다.
