If, on the prosecution of any person charged with committing an offence against this Act, in selling or keeping for sale or giving or keeping or having or purchasing or receiving of liquor, prima facie proof is given that the person had in his possession or charge or control any liquor in respect of or concerning which he is being prosecuted, then, unless the person proves that he did not commit the offence with which he is so charged, he may be convicted of the offence.”

Si, durante el enjuiciamiento de cualquier persona acusada de haber cometido una infracción contra esta Ley al vender o reservar para la venta o dar o mantener o tener o comprar o recibir bebidas alcohólicas, se presentan pruebas suficientes para justificar la presunción de que la persona tenía en su posesión, a su cargo o bajo su control cualquier bebida alcohólica respecto de la cual o en relación con la cual está siendo juzgada, entonces, a menos que la persona demuestre que no cometió el delito que se le imputa, podrá ser declarada culpable del delito
