The apparatus for image encoding according to the present invention comprises: a block dividing unit for dividing the current block into a plurality of sub-blocks; and an intra-prediction encoding unit for performing intra-prediction encoding by referring to the adjacent pixel information for each sub-block which is encoded and decoded, on the basis of the intra-prediction mode identical to the intra-prediction mode of the current block, and generating a bit stream for the current block.
