Effective from June 06, 2016, every MPT Swe Tharhar users can use Free Basics and Facebook Flex without any data charges for the first time in Myanmar. For the first time in Myanmar, Facebook Flex is going to be offered by MPT that will allow people to access a version of Facebook without any data charges. This initiative is part of Facebook’s commitment to bringing people online. Facebook Flex allows people to move between two modes – free mode and data mode.
