It is also proposed to reassign five posts from the Rule of Law Section to other sections as follows: one post at the D-1 level of Chief of Rule of Law Section to the Civil Affairs Section; one post of Judicial Affairs Officer at the P-4 level and one post of Corrections Officer at the P-3 level to the Field Coordination and Inter‐mission Cooperation Unit; one post of Judicial Affairs Officer at the P-3 level to the Office of the Police Commissioner; and one National Professional Officer post of Judicial Affairs Officer to the Civil Affairs Section.

También se propone reasignar cinco puestos de la Sección de Apoyo al Estado de Derecho a otras secciones, a saber: un puesto de categoría D-1 de Jefe de la Sección de Apoyo al Estado de Derecho a la Sección de Asuntos Civiles; un puesto de Oficial de Asuntos Judiciales de categoría P-4 y un puesto de Oficial Penitenciario de categoría P-3 a la Dependencia de Coordinación sobre el Terreno y Cooperación entre Misiones; un puesto de Oficial de Asuntos Judiciales de categoría P-3 a la Oficina del Jefe de Policía, y un puesto de funcionario nacional del Cuadro Orgánico de Oficial de Asuntos Judiciales a la Sección de Asuntos Civiles.

Il est également proposé de réaffecter cinq postes de la Section de l’état de droit, comme suit : un poste (D-1) de chef de la Section de l’état de droit, à la Section des affaires civiles; un poste (P-4) de spécialiste des affaires judiciaires et un poste (P-3) de spécialiste des questions pénitentiaires, au Groupe de la coordination opérationnelle et de la coopération inter-missions; un poste (P-3) de spécialiste des affaires judiciaires, au Bureau du chef de la police; un poste (administrateur recruté sur le plan national) de spécialiste des affaires judiciaires, à la Section des affaires civiles.

Также предлагается перепрофилировать пять должностей с переводом их из Секции по вопросам правопорядка в другие секции следующим образом: одну должность начальника Секции по вопросам правопорядка класса Д-1 перевести в Секцию по гражданским вопросам; одну должность сотрудника по судебным вопросам класса С-4 и одну должность сотрудника по исправительным учреждениям класса С-3 перевести в Группу по вопросам координации деятельности на местах и межмиссионного сотрудничества; одну должность сотрудника по судебным вопросам класса С-3 перевести в Канцелярию Комиссара полиции; и одну должность сотрудника по судебным вопросам категории национальных сотрудников-специалистов перевести в Секцию по гражданским вопросам.
