وتنص المادة # منه على أنه: "في الجرائم المشهودة، يتعين على مأمور الضبط القضائي أن ينتقل فوراً إلى محل الواقعة لمعاينة الآثار المادية للجريمة أو المحافظة عليها وإثبات حالة الأماكن والأشخاص وكل ما يفيد في كشف الحقيقة وسماع أقوال من كان حاضراً أو من يمكن الحصول منه على إيضاحات في شأن الواقعة ومرتكبيها

The complainant shall not be regarded as a civil plaintiff, unless he declares himself to be such in the complaint or a document he may subsequently submit or where either document contains a claim for compensation.” According to article # “If there are witnesses to a crime, investigation officers shall go immediately to the scene in order to examine or secure the physical evidence and take note of the situation at the scene, the persons present and anything that may prove useful in establishing the facts

El artículo # dispone que, cuando existan testigos de un delito, los agentes de investigación acudirán inmediatamente al lugar donde éste se haya cometido con el fin de examinar o poner a buen recaudo las pruebas materiales y tomar nota de todos los detalles del escenario, de las personas presentes y de todo aquello que pueda ser de utilidad para reconstruir los hechos. Tomarán declaración a las personas presentes o a todo aquél que pueda proporcionar información sobre el delito o sus autores
