The invention concerns a barrier (2) temporarily separating a reaction container (1) into at least a first compartment (3) wherein a reaction medium comprising an analyte and optionally a reagent is introduced and a second compartment (4) for receiving at least one of the elements among the reagent, the analyte and the reaction product, said barrier (2) being made of a material adapted to shift, by the action of a specific chemical substance, from a first state wherein said material is substantially impermeable to the reaction medium to a second state wherein said material is capable of allowing through at least one of said elements among the reagent, the analyte and the reaction product.

Barrière (2) de séparation temporaire d'un récipient de réaction (1) en au moins un premier compartiment (3) dans lequel un milieu réactionnel comprenant un analyte et éventuellement un réactif est introduit et un deuxième compartiment (4) destiné à recevoir au moins l'un des éléments parmi le réactif, l'analyte et le produit de la réaction, ladite barrière (2) étant formée d'un matériau apte à passer, par l'action d'une substance chimique spécifique, d'un premier état dans lequel ledit matériau est sensiblement imperméable au milieu réactionnel à un deuxième état dans lequel ledit matériau est susceptible de laisser passer au moins l'un desdits éléments parmi le réactif, l'analyte et le produit de la réaction.
