ولذلك عُدلت المرحلة الأمنية للأمم المتحدة من المرحلة الرابعة إلى المرحلة الثالثة في مقاطعتي بوجومبورا الريفية وبوبانزا، وبذلك يكون البلد برمته قد دخل في إطار المرحلة الأمنية الثالثة.
