The objective of the study was to propose an alternative farm model which allows the performance of rural life activities and the fluid and bidirectional exchange between tourists and hosts, with a respectful approach towards Cuban countryside traditions, discretion in the client’s privacy and rational, efficient and sustainable utilization of local resources.
