A device for crizzle detection, provided with a means for rotating a glass container placed at an inspection position, a data collecting means which has N light projectors and M light receivers arranged on a generally semispherical mointing jig around the mouth or thread of the glass container and which is adapted to collect N x M pieces of data for each scan over the glass container, a means for rearranging the collected data, and a means for differentiating the rearranged data.

Un deuxième organe servant au recueil des données, comporte N projecteurs lumineux et M photorécepteurs disposés sur un bâti de montage autour du goulot ou du filet du récipient en verre. Cet organe est conçu pour recueillir N fois M données à chaque balayage d'inspection sur le récipient en verre. Un troisième organe assure la remise en ordre des données recueillies. Un quatrième organe assure la différentiation des données remises en ordre.
