8.16. Požaduje-li Kupující, který je v prodlení s převzetím Předmětu prodeje, jeho opětovné odeslání, pak je Prodávající povinen odeslat Předmět prodeje Kupujícímu jen za podmínky, že mu budou ze strany Kupujícího předem uhrazeny veškeré náklady související s tímto odesláním.

17.3If the Seller for whatever cause is unable to make delivery of the Goods on the delivery date set out in the Contract or if the Seller is unable to perform any of its other obligations under the Contract, the Seller may, by notice in Writing to the Buyer, terminate the Contract or suspend the Contract without liability for any loss or damage thereby incurred by the Buyer.
