وعلى أية حال، وبصرف النظر عن المشاكل المتعلقة بصحة تقرير الشرطة، ترى اللجنة أن هذه الرسالة لا تقدم أي معلومات إضافية بشأن ما يحيط بالتقرير من تضاربات سبق ذكرها.

In any event, notwithstanding the issues regarding the authenticity of the police report, the Committee is of the view that the lawyer’s letter in question does not bring any additional information regarding the above-mentioned inconsistencies surrounding the report.
