تعرب عن أملها في أن تُتخذ مبادرات مماثلة في إطار منظمات دولية أخرى مثل اليونسكو والمنظمة الدولية للبلدان الناطقة بالفرنسية ومنظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا، وهي منظمات سبق لها أن أعربت عن اهتمامها بعمل اللجنة الاستشارية، فضلاً عن الجهات الأخرى صاحبة المصلحة، ولا سيما المنظمات غير الحكومية ورابطات المدرسين وآباء التلاميذ والأوساط الأكاديمية والبحثية؛

Expresses the hope that similar initiatives can be taken in other international organizations, such as the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, the International Organization of la Francophonie and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, that have already indicated their interest in the work of the Advisory Committee, and by other stakeholders, in particular non-governmental organizations, teachers' and parents' associations, the academic world and researchers
