يؤكد أهمية مكافحة الاتجار بالمخدرات لتحقيق الاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي في غينيا - بيساو، ويطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يكفل امتلاك المكتب المتكامل لبناء السلام للقدرات المناسبة في هذا الصدد، بحيث يواصل توفير عنصر لمكافحة المخدرات يشتمل على الخبرة الفنية الملائمة، ويطلب كذلك إلى الممثل الخاص للأمين العام زيادة الجهود المبذولة لتحقيق مزيد من الاتساق والتنسيق والكفاءة بين وكالات الأمم المتحدة وصناديقها وبرامجها المعنية العاملة في البلد تعظيما لفعاليتها الجماعية، ولا سيما من خلال قيام هذه الوكالات والصناديق والبرامج بمدّ الممثل الخاص بمعلومات ذات صلة عن الأفراد والجماعات والمؤسسات والكيانات المرتبطة بالاتجار بالمخدرات التي تسهم في تهديد السلام والاستقرار والأمن في غينيا - بيساو والمنطقة دون الإقليمية؛

Stresses the importance of combating drug trafficking to achieve political and economic stability in Guinea-Bissau, requests the Secretary-General to ensure the relevant capacity within the Integrated Peacebuilding Office by continuing to provide an anti-drug component, including appropriate expertise, and further requests the Special Representative of the Secretary-General to increase efforts to achieve greater coherence, coordination and efficiency among relevant United Nations agencies, funds and programmes in the country to maximize their collective effectiveness, in particular through provision by these agencies, funds and programmes of relevant information to the Special Representative on individuals, groups, undertakings and entities associated with drug trafficking that contribute to creating a threat to the peace, stability and security of Guinea-Bissau and the subregion;

Souligne l’importance de la lutte contre le trafic de drogues pour parvenir à la stabilité politique et économique en Guinée-Bissau, prie le Secrétaire général de donner au Bureau les moyens nécessaires, en maintenant une composante antidrogue dotée des spécialistes requis, et prie le Représentant spécial du Secrétaire général de redoubler d’efforts pour que l’action des institutions, fonds et programmes des Nations Unies intervenant dans ce pays soit plus cohérente, mieux coordonnée et plus efficace de sorte qu’ensemble, ces entités puissent mener une action plus efficace, notamment en communiquant au Représentant spécial tous renseignements utiles sur les individus, groupes, entreprises et entités liés au trafic de drogues qui font peser une menace sur la paix, la stabilité et la sécurité en Guinée-Bissau et dans la sous-région ;
