وإذا اتضح أن هناك ما يدعو إلى الاشتباه في أن القضية تتعلق بتمويل الإرهاب أو أي جريمة أخرى، تحال هذه القضية إلى مركز تبادل المعلومات أو أي سلطة مختصة أخرى لتحقق فيها قبل المحاكمة
