MATUTES JUAN (Spain) said that, although Spain had not been a member of the Commission since 1990, it had never failed to be represented in the forum, and had continued to extend its commitment to human rights through the ratification and implementation of the relevant international instruments and through its active participation in peace processes.

MATUTES JUAN (España) dice que, aunque España no había vuelto a formar parte de la Comisión desde 1990, nunca ha dejado de estar presente en ese foro, ni ha dejado de acrecentar su compromiso internacional con los derechos humanos, mediante la ratificación y cumplimiento de los instrumentos internacionales en la materia y la participación activa en diferentes procesos de paz.
