ويساور اللجنة القلق أيضاً إزاء انتشار لجوء التلاميذ إلى الدروس الخاصة الإضافية خارج المناهج الدراسية مما يؤدي إلى أمور منها تعرض الأطفال للإجهاد الخطير وغير المتناسب والتأثير السلبي في صحتهم البدنية والعقلية.

The Committee is also concerned at the widespread enrolment of children in additional private tutoring taking place outside the curriculum resulting in, inter alia: children being subject to serious and disproportionate stress and the negative impact on their physical and mental health.
