プリント配線板の薄層化やプリント配線板を構成する絶縁層の多様化によって絶縁層間や、絶縁層とめっき導体との界面部分にデラミネーション等の剥離が生じる可能性があったが、複数の絶縁層と、この絶縁層と交互に積層された銅箔からなる複数層の配線パターンと、この配線パターンの間に設けた複数の空孔と、を有するプリント配線板において、空孔を配線パターンと略同一平面に設けることで、加熱時やヒートサイクル条件におけるデラミネーションやクラックが発生しない接続信頼性の高いプリント配線板を実現する。
