Terror is truly felt by the members of Colombia's human rights organizations, who fear for their lives and the lives of their families. Terror is in the eyes of a campesino from any given part of Colombia who is forced to stand naked for hours on a mountaintop surrounded by a battalion of psychopaths demanding information on some guerrilla group he's never seen in his life.
