وينطلق الاتحاد الروسي في هذا الصدد من أن فعالية التعاون الدولي وحجمه في مجال المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة، وتسليم المجرمين، ونقل الأشخاص المحكوم عليهم، ونقل الاجراءات الجنائية، سيكونان مرتبطين، بوجه عام، بالجرائم التي ستدرج في الفصل المتعلّق بالتجريم في الاتفاقية المقبلة.

In that regard the Russian Federation proceeds from the fact that the effectiveness and level of international cooperation in the field of mutual legal assistance, extradition, transfer of sentenced persons and criminal proceedings, in general, will be correlated to those offences which will be established in the chapter on the criminalization in the future convention.

A ese respecto, la Federación de Rusia parte del hecho de que la eficacia y el nivel de la cooperación internacional en la esfera de la asistencia judicial recíproca, la extradición, el traslado de personas condenadas a cumplir una pena y la remisión del proceso penal en general guardarán correlación con los delitos tipificados en el capítulo sobre penalización de la futura convención.
