Since 1985, an atmospheric pollution levy is payable by all combustion sources with a thermal input over 20 MWth, domestic waste incineration facilities with a capacity of 3 tons per hour or higher and any other classified facility emitting more than 150 tons per year of a pollutant covered by the levy (SOx, NOx, HCl, VOC, N2O and dusts).

Dès 1985, toutes les installations de combustion d’une puissance thermique supérieure à 20 MWth, les installations d’incinération des ordures ménagères de capacité supérieure ou égale à 3 tonnes/heure ou tout autre établissement classé émettant plus de 150 tonnes/an d’un polluant visé par la taxe parafiscale sur la pollution atmosphérique (SOx, NOx, HCI, COV, N2O et poussières) sont soumis à cette taxe.

С 1985 года все установки для сжигания с тепловой мощностью более 20 МвТт, установки для сжигания бытовых отходов с мощностью не менее 3 т/час и любое другое зарегистрированное оборудование, на котором образуются выбросы загрязнителя, охватываемого квазифискальным налогом на атмосферное загрязнение (SOx, NOx, HCl, ЛОС, N2O и пыль), в размере более 150 т/год, облагаются этим налогом.
