Furthermore, the United States had requested methyl bromide for the same end use under both the critical‐use exemption and the quarantine and pre-shipment exemption, and he announced his intention to bring up the matter in the context of the proposal for a draft decision on quarantine and pre-shipment for submission to the Twenty-Second Meeting of the Parties, in November 2010, to be discussed under agenda item 7 (d).
