The present invention relates to a method for fabricating graphene, and more particularly, to a method for fabricating graphene nanosheets from a graphitic structure having a turbostratic structure, such as carbon fiber, at a high yield without using a strong oxidant, and to graphene nanosheets fabricated using the method.
