All State Bar Councils including Bar Council of India are required under the Act to constitute one or more Disciplinary Committees , each of which consists of three persons of whom two are elected by the Council from among its members and one is co - opted by the Council from among Advocates who possess proper qualifications and who is not a member of the Council .

बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया समेत सभी राज्य बार काउंसिलों के लिए अधिवक्ता अधिनियम के अधीन यह आवश्यक है कि वे एक या अधिक अनुशासन समितियां गठित करें . इनमें से हर समिति में तीन सदस्य होते हैं जिनमें से दो सदस्य काउंसिल द्वारा अपने सदस्यों में से चुने जाते हैं और एक सदस्य अधिवक्ताओं में से सहयोजित किया जाता है . इस सदस्य के पास उपयुक्त अर्हताएं होनी चाहिए और वह बार काउंसिल का सदस्य नहीं होना चाहिए .
