Ich bin glücklich, heute bei euch zu sein, auch wenn das Wetter schlecht ist und wir wegen der Umstellung auf die Sommerzeit eine Stunde früher aufgestanden sind. Aber trotz allem sind wir hier versammelt. Ich weiß, daß ihr euch auf die Erstkommunion vorbereitet, auf die Begegnung mit Jesus.

I am happy to be with you today, even if the weather is bad and we woke up an hour earlier because of the time change, yet we are all gathered together and I know that you are preparing for your First Communion, for your encounter with Jesus.

Sono felice di essere oggi con voi, anche se il tempo è brutto e ci siamo alzati un'ora prima perché è cambiata l'ora, ma tuttavia siamo tutti riuniti e so che vi state preparando alla prima comunione, all'incontro con Gesù.
