5.0 RATIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT BY THE TA'AN KWACH'AN COUNCIL 5.1 The Ta'an Kwach'an Council shall be considered to have ratified this Agreement if: 5.1.1 a majority of the eligible voters on lists one and two of the Official Voters List, together, cast a ballot approving this Agreement, and 5.1.2 a majority of the eligible voters on lists one and three of the Official Voters List, together, cast a ballot approving this Agreement.

5.0 RATIFICATION DE LA PRÉSENTE ENTENTE PAR LE CONSEIL DES TA'AN KWACH'AN 5.1 Le Conseil des Ta'an Kwach'an est réputé avoir ratifié la présente entente si les deux conditions suivantes sont remplies : 5.1.1 la majorité des votants admissibles inscrits sur les listes 1 et 2 de la liste officielle des votants se prononce en faveur de l'entente; 5.1.2 la majorité des votants admissibles inscrits sur les listes un et trois de la liste officielle des votants se prononce en faveur de l'entente.
