تفيد شكوى صاحب البلاغ المقدمة في 20 آذار/مارس 2002 إلى المحكمة المحلية بأكتيابرسك في مدينة برناوول (متاحة في الملف)، بأن موظفي الجمارك طلبوا منه ومن مرافقه إفراغ الشاحنـة للتثبـت من أنهما لا يحملان أسلحة تحت أكياس الحليب المجفف.
