ولكي تمتثل الدولة للمبدأ الذي تنص عليه المادة 68 من قانون العمل، قامت, في مناسبات عديدة, بزيادة مرتبات العاملين في المكاتب والمصانع زيادة كبيرة, معتمدة في ذلك على النمو السريع للدخل القومي.
