وسيُدعى المجلس إلى النظر في ثلاثة طلبات من منظمات غير حكومية لإدراجها في الفئة العامة وهي طلب مقدم من صندوق روكفلر براذرز (Rockefeller Brothers Fund)، وآخر من مركز البحوث الاقتصادية والسياساتية (Centre for Economic and Policy Research)، وطلب ثالث مقدم من منظمة بابليك سيتيزن (Public Citizen).
