The owner of the registration of a layout-design may not prohibit a third party from engaging in acts of industrial or commercial exploitation in relation to a layout-design created by a third party as a result of evaluation or analysis of the protected layout-design, provided that the layout-design so created meets the condition of originality provided for in Article 87.

L’enregistrement d’un schéma de configuration effectif ou en cours d’instruction peut être transféré par un acte entre vifs ou par voie de succession. Tout transfert de l’enregistrement du schéma de configuration doit être enregistré auprès de l’office national compétent.
