Responding to this resolution, the Government announced that it would promote the current policies further towards establishing a comprehensive policy for the Ainu People with the recognition that the Ainu People are an indigenous people who live in or around the Northern part of Japan, especially Hokkaido, and have their own language, religion and culture.

En atención a esa resolución, el Gobierno anunció que promovería las actuales políticas para establecer una política general sobre el pueblo Ainu como pueblo indígena que habita en la región septentrional del Japón y sus alrededores, en especial en Hokkaido, que tiene su propio idioma, religión y cultura.

Comme suite à cette résolution, le Gouvernement a fait savoir qu'il poursuivrait ses efforts d'élaboration d'une politique d'ensemble fondée sur la reconnaissance des Aïnous en tant que population autochtone établie dans le nord du Japon et aux alentours, en particulier à Hokkaido, et ayant sa propre langue, sa propre religion et sa propre culture.

В ответ на эту резолюцию правительство объявило о дальнейшей поддержке ныне существующих мер политики в целях выработки такой комплексной политики в интересах айну, которая признавала бы айну в качестве коренного народа, проживающего в северной части Японии, в частности на Хоккайдо, или в прилегающих районах и имеющего собственный язык, религию и культуру.
