This that in mind and in case of any divergence between data submitted by the holder and data transmitted via the eTIR international system and received by Customs authorities in the course of a TIR transport, it is the responsibility of the holder to check the accuracy of the information and request a correction, if need be.

En cas de divergence entre les données communiquées par le titulaire et les données transmises au moyen du système international eTIR et reçues par les autorités douanières durant une opération de transport TIR, c’est au titulaire qu’il appartiendra de vérifier l’exactitude des informations et, si nécessaire, de demander un rectificatif.

С учетом этого в случае любого расхождения между данными, представленными держателем, и данными, переданными через международную систему eTIR и полученными таможенными органами в ходе перевозки МДП, ответственность за проверку точности информации и направление запроса на исправление ошибок, если возникает такая необходимость, лежит на держателе.
