UNOPS agreed with the Board’s recommendation that it (a) reconsider the financial impact of non-capitalized assets in determining the threshold for the inclusion of non-expendable property in the financial statements, and the implication in the asset certification process; and (b) consider certification of assets that are not subject to certification.
