Zur Herstellung solcher Löschplatten wird aus dem metallischen Material insbesondere eine Matrix mit einem festen metallischen Gitter gebildet und anschließend in die Matrix ein Polymer durch Flüssigphasentränken eingefüllt, wonach eine Aushärtung oder Polymerisation des flüssigen Polymers erfolgt.

Such quenching plates are particularly produced by formation of a matrix with a solid metallic grid, made from the metallic material and, subsequently, the matrix is filled with a polymer by liquid phase impregnation, with subsequent hardening or polymerisation of the liquid polymer.
