ونؤمن بأهمية النهج الحذر والحصيف في المعاهدات الدولية وغيرها من الاتفاقات التي تنهض بتعزيز معاهدة عدم الانتشار وتوسيع نطاقها، والاتفاقات التي اتخذت خلال المؤتمرات الاستعراضية للمعاهدة.

We believe in the importance of a cautious and prudent approach to international treaties and other agreements promoting the strengthening and indefinite extension of the NPT, as well as agreements adopted during the NPT Review Conferences.
