Gleichzeitig sollte in jedem Land der Europäischen Union die Zusammenarbeit unter den Christen gefördert werden, um auf diese Weise den neuen Gefahren, mit denen sich der christliche Glaube konfrontiert sieht, entgegenzutreten: der zunehmenden Säkularisierung, dem Relativismus und dem Nihilismus, die den Weg öffnen für Verhaltensweisen und sogar Gesetzgebungen, welche die unveräußerliche Würde des Menschen gefährden und so grundlegende Einrichtungen wie die Ehe in Frage stellen.

Παραλλήλως, δέον όπως αναπτύξωμεν μίαν συνεργασίαν μεταξύ των Χριστιανών, εντός εκάστου Κράτους μέλους της Ευρωπαϊκής Ενώσεως, ούτως ώστε αντιμετωπίσωμεν τους νέους κινδύνους οίτινες ανακύπτουν προ της Χριστιανικής πίστεως, ήτοι την ραγδαίως διευρυνομένην εκκοσμίκευσιν, την υποβάθμισιν των απολύτων ηθικών αξιών δια του σχετικισμού και τον μηδενισμόν, οίτινες ανοίγουν δίοδον εις συμπεριφοράς και μάλιστα και εις την υιοθέτησιν νόμων, αι οποίαι προσβάλλουν ευθέως την ακατάλυτον αξιοπρέπειαν του ατόμου και θέτουν εν αμφιβόλω θεσμούς θεμελιώδεις, όπως εκείνον του γάμου.

At the same time, it would also be appropriate to develop collaboration between Christians in each country of the European Union so as to be able to face the new risks that confront the Christian faith: in other words, the growing secularization, relativism and nihilism that pave the way to forms of behaviour, and even legislation, that undermine the inalienable dignity of the human being and call into question such fundamental institutions as marriage.

Al mismo tiempo, conviene promover la colaboración entre los cristianos en cada país de la Unión europea, a fin de afrontar los nuevos riesgos que se plantean a la fe cristiana, es decir, la secularización creciente, el relativismo y el nihilismo, que abren el camino a comportamientos e incluso a legislaciones que atentan contra la dignidad inalienable de las personas y ponen en tela de juicio instituciones tan fundamentales como el matrimonio.

De igual modo, é conveniente desenvolver uma colaboração entre cristãos em cada país da União Europeia, a fim de considerar os novos riscos que a fé cristã deve enfrentar, sobretudo a secularização crescente, o relativismo e o niilismo, que abrem o caminho a comportamentos e até a legislações que atentam contra a dignidade inalienável das pessoas e que põem em causa instituições tão fundamentais como o matrimónio.
