Es ist bekannt, mit welchen Worten auf der letzten Synode zahlreiche Bischöfe aus allen Kontinenten, vor allem die Bischöfe der Dritten Welt, mit einem pastoralen Akzent gerade über die Botschaft der Befreiung gesprochen haben, wobei die Stimme von Millionen von Söhnen und Töchtern der Kirche, die jene Völker bilden, miterklungen ist.
