وفي تاريخ 30 آذار/مارس 1999 أخطر الأمين العام الإداري لمكتب حكومة سلوفاكيا، المحامي بأن مكتب المدعي العام بصدد مراجعة القرارين، وإذا اتضح أن هذين الأخيرين غير قانونيين، سوف يتم اقتراح سحبهما على المحكمة الدستورية بصفتها الجهاز الوحيد الذي يتمتع بسلطــة قانونية تسمح له بسحب قرارات المجالس الحكومية المحلية لضمان احترامها للقانون المحلي والدولي.

On 30 March 1999 the Departmental Secretary General of the Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic informed counsel that the Office of the General Prosecutor was reviewing the resolutions and that, if they were found illegal, a suggestion for withdrawal would be filed at the Constitutional Court, as the only organ with legal authority to withdraw resolutions of local government councils in order to guarantee their compliance with domestic and international law.

El 30 de marzo de 1999 el Secretario General Departamental de la Oficina del Gobierno de la República Eslovaca informó al letrado que la Fiscalía General estaba examinando las resoluciones y que si se consideraba que eran ilegales se presentaría una solicitud de anulación ante el Tribunal Constitucional, único órgano que tenía la facultad legal de anular las resoluciones de los consejos municipales a fin de garantizar que las decisiones de éstos se ajustaran al derecho interno e internacional.

Le 30 mars 1999, le Secrétaire général départemental du Cabinet du Gouvernement de la République slovaque a informé le conseil que le Bureau du Procureur général examinait les arrêtés et que, si ces derniers étaient jugés illégaux, une recommandation tendant à leur annulation serait présentée à la Cour constitutionnelle, seul organe judiciaire compétent pour annuler des arrêtés de conseils municipaux, en vue de garantir le respect du droit interne et du droit international.

1999年3月30日,斯洛伐克共和国政府办公厅部门秘书长通知律师,总检察长办公室正在审查有关决议,如果认定违反法律,将向宪法法院建议撤消决议,宪法法院是可为保证地方政府议会遵守国内法律和国际法,有法定权利撤消其决议的唯一机关。
