From the departments’ perspective, this often resembles a haphazard bombardment from five different directions and their response is to attend to the most urgent things first, which means focusing on closing any gaping holes (three or four investigations by the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages, two audits by the Office of the Auditor General, a grade of "F" in the Information Commissioner’s Annual Report...).

Du point de vue des ministères cela ressemble parfois à un bombardement désordonné venant des quatre (cinq ?) coins de l’horizon et ils parent au plus pressé pour colmater les brèches ainsi ouvertes (trois ou quatre enquêtes du Commissariat aux langues officielles, deux vérifications du Bureau du vérificateur général, une note « F » dans le rapport annuel du Commissaire à l’information...).
