Our religious life must here and now be revitalized by this profession of faith. (l0) Or like the faith of Martha in the same Gospel: "Yes, Lord, I have believed that thou art Christ, the Son of the living God, who art come into the world.''

Deberíamos caracterizar este momento de nuestra vida religiosa con esta profesión de fe, firme y convencida, pero siempre humilde y temblorosa, semejante a la que leemos en el Evangelio hecha por el ciego de nacimiento, a quien Jesucristo con bondad igual a su potencia había abierto los ojos: ¡Creo, Señor!(10), o también a la de Marta, en el mismo Evangelio: Sí, Señor, yo he creído que Tú eres el Mesías, Hijo de Dios vivo, que ha venido a este mundo(11), o bien a aquella otra, para Nos tan dulce, de Simón, que luego fue llamado Pedro: Tú eres el Mesías, el Hijo de Dios vivo(12).
