An electrode catheter which is capable of tip deflection operation and which comprises: a catheter shaft (10) that has a flexible part (10A) on a distal end portion (11); a control handle (20); a catheter distal end portion (30) that is connected to the distal end side of the catheter shaft (10) and has a core wire (35) made of shape memory alloy extending inside an insulating tube (33); multiple ring-shaped electrodes (42); lead wires (50) that are connected to each of the ring-shaped electrodes (42); and an operating wire (60) for deflecting the flexible part of the catheter shaft (10), a base end portion (352) of the core wire (35) and a distal end portion (61) of the operating wire (60) being joined together.

L'invention concerne un cathéter à électrodes capable de fléchir sa pointe et comprenant : une tige de cathéter (10) comportant une partie souple (10A) à son extrémité distale (11) ; une poignée de commande (20) ; une partie terminale distale (30) qui est reliée à l'extrémité distale de la tige (10) et qui comporte un fil central (35) à alliage à mémoire de forme s'étendant à l'intérieur d'un tube isolant (33) ; plusieurs électrodes annulaires (42) ; des fils conducteurs (50) qui sont connectés à chacune ds électrodes (42) ; et un fil de traitement (60) qui fait plier la partie souple de la tige du cathéter (10), une partie terminale de base (352) du fil central (35) et une partie terminale distale (61) du fil de traitement (60) étant joints les uns aux autres.
