On the coast it is possible to taste some wonderful fish and shellfish, as well as sea urchins, grilled moray, pilchards filled with brocciu,, red mullets, basses, gilt-breams and stone bass, and of course the famous lobsters of the gulf of Saint-Florent and the oysters, which can be found on the east coast: in this case obviously prices are higher, but a taste of these good crustaceans and shellfish is worth the cost.

Sobre la costa se podrán degustar óptimos pescados y frutos de mar, desde los erizos a la murena a la parrilla, a las sardinas rellenas al brocciu, además que salmonetes, lubinas, doradas y meros, sin olvidar las langostas del golfo de Saint-Florent o de las ostras que se pueden encontrar en la costa oriental: en este caso naturalmente aumentan los costes, pero la compra de este pequeño lujo será bien recompensada por la frescura y calidad de crustáceos y frutos de mar.
