SIW must support those NGOs and organisations which undertake community and participative projects such as those that exist in different parts of the world, particularly in Latin America and Africa. These involve women in joint projects designing new health policies and have created health networks throughout the world and an interchange of gender-oriented scientific experiments.

Desde la ISM hay que prestar soporte a aquellas ONG u organizaciones que llevan a cabo experiencias comunitarias y participativas como las que existen en distintas partes del mundo, especialmente en Latino América y África, que implican a las propias mujeres en proyectos solidarios, que diseñan nuevas políticas sanitarias, y han generado redes de salud en el ámbito mundial, intercambio de experiencias científicas con orientación de género.
